Women DB collects the profile and voluntary survey information you choose to provide. We use it to provide member services, understand programme needs, conduct planning and research, and improve support for women.
Sensitive answers, including health, disability, safety, and economic information, are treated as confidential and used for research and programme planning. Reports should use aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your cookie preference. Your registration draft is stored locally in your browser so it can be restored after a refresh.
We also set one analytics cookie, wdb_vid. It holds a random identifier, not your name or number, so we can count how many people visit and see how they move through the site, for example at which step people leave the registration form. With it we record the pages you open, the website that sent you to us, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. Once you sign in, those visits are linked to your account. We do not record your IP address or anything you type into a form, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside Women DB. It expires after about 13 months.
You can clear browser cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Deleting the wdb_vid cookie starts you afresh as a new visitor.
